2 Business Day Cancellation Policy: We understand things happen unexpectedly, and that emergencies do arise in life. No one needs to cancel an appointment that has not experienced some unforeseen event. However, 2 business day cancellation is required to avoid being charged the full fee of your appointment. You will receive a reminder email well in advance to help you avoid such an occurrence. We find that our firm 2 Business Day Cancellation Policy is a simple, and basic courtesy to our schedule, as well as yours.
Punctuality Policy: Our priority is to spend quality time with our clients. In order to accomplish this, we schedule the appropriate time needed for each person, and do not overbook nor “squeeze in” extra clients during your time. We honor and respect each client’s time. If you are late for your appointment, you will be responsible for payment in full even if we need to shorten your appointment. With this in mind, please leave a generous amount of time for traffic irregularities, and feel free to call us with any questions regarding our location. We practice these policies because we have found them to benefit all of our clients. These policies help us to maintain the integrity we feel is reflected in your experience at Trinity Holistic Wellness.
Enjoying Dr. Carolyn's Home: We take great pride in providing a tranquil environment for our clients' relaxation. Peace and quiet are essential elements of a healing experience; we ask that you kindly silence your cell phones, iPod's, and any other electronic devices when on our premises to show respect to Dr. Carolyn's home and other patients.
Ordering Supplements: If you do not live in the Northern Indianapolis/Carmel, IN area, or find that your schedule does not allow you enough time to pick up supplements as often or as freely as you would like, we will happily ship your items to your home or office. Please keep in mind that there will be a standard USPS shipping charge per package (this is determined by weight). Feel free to send us order requests by phone or email. Please keep in mind that unless you specify otherwise, we will use the card and address we have on file for you.
Product Return/Exchange Policy: We do not allow returns or exchanges on any supplements. Once a supplement leaves our office we are unable to control the temperature or environmental conditions, and therefore efficacy, of the remedy. Dr. Carolyn takes great care to keep her remedies in a climate controlled environment to protect their integrity prior to sending them home with you. Additionally, she would never resell a returned product to another patient, nor would a patient want to purchase something that has been "who knows where".
Payment: We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash and checks. We do not accept insurance of any kind. If you wish to contact your insurance company directly for more information regarding your policy you may do so, however, Trinity Holistic Wellness has no involvement in this process. All appointments are to be paid, in full, upon completion of that appointment.
